Scenic Texas is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of our state’s visual environment. It developed the Scenic City Certification Program in recognition of a direct correlation between the success of a city’s economic development efforts and the visual appearance of its public spaces.
The first of its kind in the US, the program is meant to recognize Texas cities that already have strong scenic standards in place, and to provide an incentive to others to adopt and implement the kind of criteria that has been proven to enhance economic development, improve quality of life and foster a sense of place.
Streetscaping, public spaces, landscaping within parking lots and sign, litter and graffiti ordinances are some of more than 70 criteria that earned the city points.
The City of Keller has also been placed in the top 10 as one of America’s Best Places to Live by Money Magazine among numerous other awards.
Grand Homes currently has two fabulous communities to choose from within this award-winning city.
Newton Ranch is now in its second phase with homes in the $430 to $550 range. It is surrounded by pastoral greenways, boasting a serene setting with an abundance of trees, immaculate parks and a brand new town center
Silverleaf is a private enclave that offers generous executive-sized homesites, featuring only 42 home sites providing the perfect setting for gracious living. This neighborhood features a community recreation area and a playground. Stop by our open house here this weekend!
