Allen, TX was just named the second best place to live in Texas by NerdWallet.com!
This is what they had to say about Allen:
“As one of our large communities with lower crime in Texas, and with the third-best education score on our list, it’s no surprise that Allen comes in near the top of our rankings. It appears homeowners agree, since 78% of households in Allen own their homes — a much higher rate than the median of 59.9% for large cities. The Dallas suburb prides itself on its arts and culture, from a quilters guild to the Collin County Ballet Theatre. The community is also home to National American University-Allen and Collin College.”
The Landings of Kittyhawk is located off Stacy Road, between Central Expressway and the Sam Rayburn Tollway. Allen Premium Outlets, Topgolf, The Village at Allen and Allen High School are nearby. But you don’t have to go far for some fun! The Landings boasts an amenity center, neighborhood pool and playground. We currently have one home that is ready for move in at this community.
A short drive west will take you to Cumberland Crossing, just west of Alma Drive and south of the Sam Rayburn Tollway. Glendover Park, Craig Ranch and Twin Creeks Golf Club are close at hand. This community is heavily treed with a greenbelt, hike & bike trails, an amenity center and pool. We currently have two move in ready homes here
